Adam is a Director and Founder of ACA Compliance in Malta, a firm providing regulatory compliance and other related services to the asset management industry in Malta.

He was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1988-2002) as a manager in audit and subsequently as a senior consultant, in Malta, New York and San Francisco. He obtained experience advising small Fortune 50 companies in multiple industries across the USA and Europe and acquired a solid background in finance, management and operations. Between 2004 and 2007 he was the CFO and COO of a commodity trading advisor based in Malta and regulated by the MFSA.

He was admitted as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK in 1996, graduated with a Master of Arts in Financial Services from the University of Malta in 2009 and obtained a Diploma in Corporate Finance, Treasury and Portfolio Management in 2010.

Alexia obtained her degree in Banking and Finance in 2000 and has since worked in the financial services industry. She initially focused on investments services, with posts as client manager and later operations manager for one of the fastest growing non-banking financial institutions in Malta and one of the first private companies to be listed on the Malta Stock Exchange. She subsequently joined a leading local stockbroker, where she oversaw the introduction of processes in line with the regulatory regime as a result of MiFiD implementation. She then became a qualified trader on the Malta Stock Exchange.

In line with the rapid growth of the industry, and new areas of focus within the business, in 2011 Alexia undertook a Master’s in Finance at Trinity College, Dublin. Her area of specialisation was Risk Management, with specific courses on both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of risk.

She has since held executive and non-executive directorship posts on several licensed financial services companies and SICAVs. She is an authorised Risk Manager and MLRO to investment services firms and financial institutions. She provides these services with the support of Actaco Financial, a firm she founded, which focuses on Anti Money Laundering Regulation, Risk Management and Securitisation.

Alexia has lectured in Risk Management at the University of Malta and continues to lecture at the same university and other institutes on Securitisation. She is a member of the Malta Association of Risk Managers, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, Finance Malta and other organisations.

Approved as a Risk Manager in Malta by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).

David is a Director of Privilege Holdings Limited, Privilege Asset Finance Limited, Privilege Project Finance Limited and Nucleus Commercial Finance Limited and serves as a board advisor to Prestige Fund Management Limited – focusing on asset-based lending, leasing and finance solutions. He also advises on the company’s proprietary investments, as well as researching new investment opportunities.

He brings a wealth of experience in commercial asset-based lending and finance activity, having worked for Barclays Bank plc from 1974-2001, where his last role involved acting as a Corporate Manager responsible for a mixed portfolio of 150 small and medium-sized enterprise clients with a bias towards property development/investment and franchised motor dealers. From 2001-2010 he was employed by Allied Irish Bank where he built from scratch over 5 years a GBP 160 million loan book which had minimum defaults and focused on charitable, healthcare and education sectors, unlike most other British teams which were heavily exposed to the property sector.

From 2010 – 2013 he was persuaded to rejoin Barclays where he acted as a Relationship Director with a portfolio of over 40 corporate clients (sales turnover GBP 5 million – GBP 50 million) biased towards professional service sectors. He brings a particular set of professional skills including credit analysis, credit negotiation, business risk analysis, market risk analysis and operational risk analysis as well as previous experience at British Insurance Association, London.

Jonathan is a Director and MLRO (“RC”) of the Luxembourg-domiciled Prestige Funds.  He is also the Chief Risk Officer for Prestige Fund Management Limited and Specialist Project Manager for the firm. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Capital Management Limited.

He has a career in financial services spanning over 22 years, split between the United Kingdom and the United States of America with international banking groups including Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM), Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas and JP Morgan Chase. He was previously a Vice President at CSAM where he worked for over ten years. He previously worked as an Analyst at Barclays, an Analyst at BNP Paribas, and he began his career at JP Morgan Chase.

Jonathan studied at Texas A&M University, a senior military college, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Certificate in International Business and he spent four years with the US Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps.

Jonathan is approved in Luxembourg by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
